Provenance: The collection was donated to the State Historical Society of North Dakota by Hazel Reid on June 18, 1951. Additions to the collection were made by Hazel L. Falcolner and Gladys Pearce. MSS 10460 was added to the collection on October 18, 2013.

Property rights: The State Historical Society of North Dakota owns the property rights to the collection.
