Abstract: Includes letters to his mother, Cassie Stull Hill, as well as his future wife Florence Anderson, and Thomas Leach, both during and after World War I. Also includes photographs and postcards of himself, family, friends, and his service in the United States Navy.

Provenance: The State Historical Society acquired the collection from Virginia Fairbrother in October 2011.
