Fort Buford and Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center to Host Public Programs

FORT BUFORD--The Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center will be hosting several events in March and early April. All of the events are free and open to the public.

March 15, 2015
Concert at the Confluence, 3 p.m. CDT. Enjoy a wonderful concert featuring ChokeCherry Jam at the Confluence while overlooking one of North Dakota's most beautiful natural sights. Free refreshments. Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center, 701.572.9034.

March 19, 2015
Fort Buford History Book Club, 7 p.m. CDT. Join other history buffs in an interesting discussion of this month's selected book. Free refreshments. Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center. Please call in advance, 701.572.9034.

March 20-21, 2015
Confluence Quilters, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CDT. Join the Confluence Quilters for their monthly meeting at the Confluence. All experience levels invited and instruction provided. Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center, 701.572.9034.

April 4, 2015
Annual Easter Egg Hunt, 2 p.m. CDT. Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center, 701.572.9034.

The Missouri Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center is located 22 miles southwest of Williston at Fort Buford. Hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Sunday from 1-5 p.m., Closed Monday and Tuesday. Fort Buford is closed for the season and tours are by appointment only.

We are closed New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
State Archives: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F, except state holidays; 2nd Sat. of each month, 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Appointments are recommended. To schedule an appointment, please contact us at 701.328.2091 or archives@nd.gov.
