Abstract: Includes the historian's reports prepared by the organization's State Historian, and describe activities at the annual conventions. Additional records consist of the charter, scroll of founders, the constitution, bylaws, scrapbooks, memorabilia, correspondence, reports, financial records, newsletters, membership information. publications, songbooks, minutes, a copy of the State History, State Club and chapter History Reports, reports of the recording secretary, reports summarizing state and national conventions, a program from the 1990 state convention, and a historical review publication from the golden anniversary of the organization.
Provenance: The Records were donated by Beverly Nelson on August 29, 1989. Numerous additions have been made to the collection from local chapters and individual members, the most recent in November 2011.
