Sensational Sunday: Buildings of North Dakota Book Talk

To help celebrate Historic Preservation Month, Steve Martens, co-author of Buildings of North Dakota, will give a special presentation about the wonderful architecture found around the state before his book is available. The presentation will be May 4th at 2:00 pm in the North Dakota Heritage Center in Bismarck. Immediately following Martens presentation, the historic properties listed in the National Register of Historic Places over the last fiscal year will be recognized. These properties include schools, homes, churches, commercial buildings, and sites from nine different counties. Both presentations are free and the public is welcome.

For more information, contact the State Historic Preservation Office at (701) 328-2089.
