10098 Bertha Rachel Palmer
Boxes 16-18 of the Bertha Rachel Palmer Papers contain publications by the WCTU on ideas like prohibition and suffrage.

10108 Elizabeth Preston Anderson
This box contains papers by Elizabeth Preston Anderson.  The majority of the papers in the collection are on prohibition or woman suffrage.  Also in the box, there is a scrapbook with newspaper clippings on the WCTU.

10113 Charles and Viola Liessman Papers
Boxes 12-18 of the Charles and Viola Liessman Papers consist of information and primary sources of the WCTU.  There are tracts about smoking and alcohol.  There are also pamphlets on women voting.  Box 13 holds reports from meetings held by the WCTU.  There are also newspaper clippings that cover the WCTU.

This collection contains meeting minutes, publications, newspaper clippings, posters, and other artifacts from the Women’s Christian Temperance Union of North Dakota. 

10690 Mattie Truax
In this collection, there is information on the Women’s Christian Temperance Union.  Mattie Truax provided the minutes for the meetings, programs for the state and national conventions, history of the WTCU written by Elizabeth Anderson, and publications on various campaigns

State Historical Society offices: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. M-F, except state holidays.
