This box contains works by Wallis and Arthur Huidekoper.  Arthur tells the of a roundup during his time in the Badlands of North Dakota. My Experiences in the Badlands of North Dakota and Some ofthe Men I Met There, written by Arthur Huidekoper is included in this collection.  Wallis tells the history of Dakota.

In Box 21 Folder 38 of the Orin G. Libby Collection, a publication of Huidekoper’s is included.  Huidekoper wrote the publication titled Recollections of a Bad Land's Rancher.  The publication provides details about the ranches and ranchers of the Badlands in North Dakota. 


The Bad Lands Cow Boy
This is the newspaper edited by A.T Packard during the time in Medora when men like the Marquis de Mores and Theodore Roosevelt lived in the area.
