1 American State Bank of Williston checkbook for the Williams County Fireman’s Association, c/o By W.E. Shemorry, Treas. Williston, N.D. from 1952-1958 and 1966. Included is a cashier slip/ thank you, a Williston Plains Reporter statement to the Williams County Fireman’s Association for stationery at $6.63, and an American State Bank of Williston envelope for an invite to a new buildings grand opening on April 2 and 3, 1956. There is a check paid to the Williston Plains Reporter from Williams County Fireman’s Association for $6.63 paid on November 28, 1955, a statement of Williams County Fireman’s Association account with the American State Bank of Williston from August 31, 1954 to November 30, 1955, and a Thank You card from the President of the American State Bank of Williston loose in the check book. Also loose within the checkbook is a blank check from Citizens State Bank of Ray, N.D., a void check from the Williams County Fireman’s Association signed by W.E. Shemorry, a receipt for The Williston Plains Reporter for letters and return cards, and a receipt for the Williston Floral Company.
